A Kind Heart offers exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. All items must be unaltered and your original receipt must be provided.

Policy:

  • Items must be exchanged to A Kind Heart in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  • Beauty items are final sale.
  • Swimsuits are final sale.
