What are your store hours?
Sunday and Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday- Friday: 11 am- 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am- 6 pm
Do you accept orders by phone?
Yes we do! Just call us at 647-352-KIND (5463) during regular store hours and ask for the manager who will be happy to assist you:)
What is your exchange policy?
- Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and still have the tags on.
- For safety and hygienic reasons, items such as earrings, bathing suits and other intimate wear, cannot be accepted. They are considered final sale.
- All merchandise purchased during a 50% off sale is also deemed final sale.
How much is shipping?
- Canada Post determines shipping costs based on your postal or zip code, parcel weight and dimensions and how quickly you want your parcel to arrive.
- Currently we only ship within North America.
Can I cancel an order?
- Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed.

- Type "Cancel Order" in the subject line.
- Be sure to include the order number that was provided in your order confirmation email.
